2. No Gambling & No Financial Processing

• No Wagers: iamsquare.net does not accept, hold, or payout any wagers, bets, or prize money.
• Virtual/Display Only Values: Any reference to currency, dollar amounts, "payouts," or "buy-ins" displayed on the site are for record-keeping, tracking, and entertainment purposes only. These figures are virtual indicators and do not represent actual funds held or stored on iamsquare.net.
• Offline Transactions: Any financial transactions, donations, or prize distributions related to a grid are strictly between the Manager and the Players. iamsquare.net has no control over, and assumes no liability for, the collection or distribution of funds managed offline or through third-party payment apps.
• Service Fees: Any fees charged by iamsquare.net are solely for the use of the software/hosting of the grid (e.g., activation fees) and do not constitute a stake in any game.

3. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

Laws regarding sports pools, raffles, and charitable gaming vary by jurisdiction (state, province, or country).

• User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Manager to ensure that their use of iamsquare.net complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Void Where Prohibited: If the type of pool you are organizing is illegal in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from using iamsquare.net.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Users may upload or select images (e.g., team logos, player photos) for their grids.

• Copyright: You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any images or content you upload. iamsquare.net acts only as a passive conduit for user content.
• Trademarks: The use of professional sports team logos or trademarks without permission may violate intellectual property laws. Users assume full responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement claims resulting from their grid setup.

5. Fundraising & Third-Party Beneficiaries

If a grid is used for fundraising (e.g., sponsoring players or teams):

• iamsquare.net does not verify the legitimacy of any fundraising cause. Players act at their own risk when donating or paying Managers.
• Managers are solely responsible for ensuring funds are delivered to the intended recipient (e.g., the sports team or sponsee).

6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Usage

• Availability: iamsquare.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.
• Data Loss: We are not liable for any data loss, including lost grid data, historical records, or setup configurations.
• Damages: In no event shall iamsquare.net be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of potential winnings or fundraising revenue) arising from the use or inability to use the site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iamsquare.net, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any laws regarding gambling or fundraising.
